Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that filaments are vacuum-sealed and hardware components are protected to prevent transit damage.

Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our technicians inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 3-5 business days.
